Feeding Hopper:
Juice Extraction:
As the produce is ground and crushed, the juice is separated from the pulp.
The screw slowly crushed produce against a static screen or mesh.
The juice passes through small holes in the screen or mesh, while the pulp is pushed further down the auger.
Juice collection:
The juice/pulp is continuously pushed towards the end of the auger.
At the end of the screw, The extracted juice is collected in a container placed beneath the juicer's spout.
This juice is typically free of large pulp pieces but may contain some fine pulp or sediment, depending on the mesh size and the produce used.
