Beverage Sterilizer machine is the food industry must have sterilization equipment. Beverage sterilizer machine consists of three parts: regeneration, heating and cooling, and plate and pipe sterilization can be combined in a variety of forms, with two separate heating and cooling parts for online homogenization. The sterilizer temperature of the UHT sterilizer machine can reach 150℃. All parts of the Beverage sterilizer machine in contact with the product are made of 316 stainless steel, the plate gaskets and seals are made of food grade fluoroelastomer, and the product pipeline connections are made of DIN sanitary fittings. In the display output, the Beverage sterilizer machine is equipped with touch screen, PLC program control, the temperature, flow and other parameters of the product dynamic reflection, and can choose pressure gauge or digital sensor according to the user's requirements.Therefore, the Beverage sterilizer machine can meet most industrial production conditions
Beverage pasteurizer working principle
The Beverage sterilizer process is under high-precision temperature control system. When the cold drinks are filled into the heat exchanger, they receive heat from the sterilized hot drinks. Then, they will be heated up to around 135-150℃ by superheated steam and water. Next, they will be kept in the constant warm tube for Beverage sterilization. When they come out from the constant warm tube, they transfer heat to the incoming cold drinks, and cool down in the cooling part before they reach the outlet.
