Equipment structure and working principle
The working principle: The main structure is the crushing device which installed above the the inlet hopper.There are four group running knife and one group stationary knife. Running knife cut the fruit by rotating with axis to 2-5mm piece and then into the spiral juicing part directly to make juice.The crushing part take the function of improving the juice rate. The main structure of the juicer is the helix,the helix diameter is more and more big and screw pitch is less and less small near dreg hopper. While the material impelled by helix,as the pressure existing,the material which after crushing get broken.The direction of helix is clockwise as the arrow direction. Add the material from inlet hopper and pressed by the helix.The juice then flow to the collection tank at the bottom and dreg expel from the outlet on the right. When the gar decrease and the dregs rate will reduce. But when the volume of the gar is too small, granular of dregs will be extrude through the filter with juice. So the magnitude of the gar depends on the demand of client’s cleaned on technology.
